The Women Grievance Cell (WGC) at GNIOT organized a workshop on Women Safety and Self-Defense for female students and faculty on October 9, 2024. The Chief Guest, Ms. Suniti, DCP Women Safety, G.B. Nagar, highlighted key laws and strategies for women’s empowerment and shared crucial government guidelines for safety. The event emphasized the importance of self-defense and awareness of legal rights to ensure a safe and empowering environment for women.
